While deciding on consumer electronics and home appliances acquisition, nearly 40 percent of discount hunters in Russia took into consideration the online feedback from customers, while one quarter relied on personal experience in 2019. For those who did not hunt for promoted products, personal experience turned out to be more relevant. Only one person out of 10 was influenced by a sales consultant's advice in both categories.
