The population of age between 45 and 59 years accounted for the highest expenditure levels in home appliances and consumer electronics in traditional stores in Russia, with an average receipt of over 10.1 thousand Russian rubles in 2021. In aggregate terms, the online purchase value of such goods was less than in physical stores among all age categories, except for buyers aged over 60 years.
