Study findings showed that on average, over 90 percent of Russian customers bought consumer electronics and home appliances in brick and mortar shops in 2021. Online shopping for such goods was more common among the 30 to 44-year-old population, with about 80 percent buying consumer electronics and home appliances through the internet.
