In 2019, 19 percent of commercial real estate C-suite executives in highly profitable broker firms and consultants with at least 10 billion U.S. dollars in revenues globally said they were planning to increase their technology investments in the event of an economic slowdown. However, 35 percent said they would decrease their overall technology investments.
