According to a survey conducted during the pre-festive season in India, a majority of respondents, at 27 percent had negative reviews or ratings for products available online published as it was. On the other hand, 19 percent of consumers thought their low ratings or reviews were not published sometimes. The pre-festive season in the country refers to the annual Hindu festivals of Dusshera and Deepavali when retail sales usually peak.
