Opinion on industrial pay for pollution measures in the Netherlands 2019
As of 2019, a large share of the Dutch population appeared to be in favor of the introduction of pay for pollution measures in industry in the Netherlands. 80 percent of people surveyed indicated that they approved of such measures, while the share of respondents who did not think that industry should pay for its own pollution was just five percent.
