Omnichannel consumers in Poland 2019, by income
In May 2019, omnichannel shopping was most common in Poland among people with a higher income. Sixty-nine percent of respondents with an income of 7000 zlotych or more shopped both online and offline. Interestingly, the share of omnichannel shoppers with an income lower than 1000 zloty was higher than those with an income between 1000 and 5000 zlotych.
