In 2022, over half of the Dutch employees had taken professional trainings in the last two years. Taking further on-the-job training was especially popular among employees aged 25 to 54, of whom 57.9 percent had taken training or courses recently. Among the oldest age group (65-74 years old) this was only 30 percent.
