According to data provided by EV-Volumes, the number of electric vehicles sold in the last five years increased noticeably. This was despite a tepid second quarter of 2020, when 18,835 units were sold. This was still 5,000 more units sold than in the same period the previous year.
The United Kingdom accounts for around 13 percent of electric vehicle sales in Europe.
