Nearly all respondents in Poland in 2019 saw new technologies as a necessity that makes life easier and more comfortable. Respondents were fairly open to trying smart or AI technologies - they were least satisfied with ones deemed as life-threatening if not operated by a human, such as a bus driving and surgery. Many agreed that new technologies could cause a loss of communication or empathy.
