This question was phrased by the source as follows: "Hoeveel werkdagen heeft u, alles bij elkaar, de afgelopen 12 maanden naar schatting verzuimd?" (English: How many working days do you estimate you have taken sick leave in the past 12 months?). 0 means the employees has not taken any sick leave, the maximum number of days was 215. The source adds the following information: sick days include therapeutic work as well as respondents partially written sick.
