In 2023, Mexican imports of toys, games, and recreational items from China were worth more than 1.7 billion U.S.dollars, placing the Asian giant as Mexico's leading import partner for this type of product. Vietnam and the United Stated ranked second and third on the list, with 303 and 287 million U.S. dollars' worth of toy imports. That same year, the majority of Mexico's toy exports went to the United States.
