When it comes to holiday shopping online, the main complaint for UK consumers was slow websites and cumbersome checkout processes. According to the results of a survey conducted with European and global consumers in 2018, 51 percent of UK consumers said lengthy shipping times and slow order fulfilment was also a point that made the online holiday shopping experience painful.
