SBI share of loans by sector 2016-2020
As of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020, the State Bank of India had advanced 35 percent of its total loans to large and mid-sized corporations across India. However, the retail sector was seen to be growing in terms of loan advances, taking over 30 percent of the loan share that quarter. While agriculture related loans had the lowest share at just nine percent.
