Around 367 cases of rights abuse cases invloving South Korean soliders were filed as of July 2019, more than double the number filed in the whole year of 2015. Of all the cases over the past five years, verbal abuse cases were the most numerous at around 390 cases, while suffering from "unfair restrictions and rules" followed with over 330 cases.
