In Europe, consumer satisfaction with duty free shopping and travel retail experience was measured at its highest score in the second quarter of 2019 at 62. Over the period of time considered here, the first quarter of 2017 had the lowest score, when it had an index value of 59. Consumer satisfaction wavered between a score of 59 and 62 since 2017.
