Housing construction funding share in Russia in 2018, by source
During the first three quarters of the construction period, housing in Russia was fully financed from the funds in escrow accounts as of 2018. From the fourth quarter onwards, the share of funding from market sources was also implemented. By the sixth quarter, housing construction was largely sponsored by this source.
