According to the results of a survey conducted in 2019, on average only one in five Italians said that they manage to save money. However, this graph shows that there were regional differences. While in the North-West only 12 percent of the respondents declared that they managed to save, in the Islands about 37 percent of the respondents said that they were able to save money.
