Reasons for doing DIY works at home instead of hiring a professional in Italy 2017
According to the results of a survey conducted in 2017, about one in two Italians declared that carry out small repairs and home improvement projects in the house instead of hiring a professional in order to save money. Moreover, 33 percent of the respondents said that they feel like they have the necessary skills to carry out these kind of works. Only one in ten Italians seemed to do it for the fun of it.
