Labor market activity of the working population in the Netherlands 2019
In 2019, just a small percentage of the working population in the Netherlands was actively searching for work. In comparison, a large share of the Dutch working population was either latent or not searching. Approximately ten percent of people surveyed in 2019 indicated that they were actively searching for new employment, whereas the share of those who were not searching for employment was close to 45 percent.
