When asked how much they spent on clothing and accessories in 2018, approximately 50 percent of Italians said that they spent the same as in the previous years. 39 percent of the respondents declared that they spent less. Moreover, in 2018, only about one in ten Italians spent more on clothing and accessories compared to the previous year.
