When purchasing bread, the color of bread and the quantity of seeds and fibres contained in bread were among the main deciding factors for households included in this survey. Close to 70 percent of survey respondents indicated that they took the color of bread into consideration when purchasing bread, while the share of respondents who considered the salt content of bread was much lower, at just two percent in the same year.
