Distribution of Grab.com social traffic by network 2019
As of August 2019, the main source of social traffic to Grab.com was through Facebook. In comparison, 7.87 percent of social traffic on the Grab website happened via Youtube. According to a survey conducted in Indonesia in April 2019, 13.3 percent of the respondents who used Grab as their to-go transportation app associated it with its cheap price and promotions.
