In 2023, nearly 41 percent of Turkey's total export trade of goods took place with the European Union (EU27). Over the period of time in display in the statistic, the share of EU in Turkey's total exports generally increased except for 2019, 2020, and 2022, when the share of Turkish exports into the EU went down slightly.
