Leading housing concerns to home owners in Denmark 2018

The different concerns, which home owners and partial home owners struggled with in Denmark in 2018, varied according to their house type. For people who owned their own dwelling, more than 27 percent of the respondents expressed that their biggest concern was increased taxes. The second biggest concern for this group was mold in their house. Similarly, a fear of mold was the largest worry to people, who lived in shared dwellings, with 27 percent of the respondents admitting to this. The second most common distress to this group was bad neighborhoods at 24.5 percent. In contrast, this was only the case for 14.2 percent of the people who had full ownership over their home.
