As of February 2020, approximately 77 percent of surveyed companies stated that they attached special importance to promote sustainable economic growth and employments which follow the "Decent Work Agenda".
The "Decent Work Agenda" was established by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2009, with the goal of promoting "decent work" for all employees, so employees can work in a secure, free, and productive environment and receive a fair income.
