In the third quarter of 2023, an internet user in Brazil spent, on average, 244 minutes (or four hours and four minutes) per day watching TV. That is about nine percent less than a year earlier, when the average amounted to 269 minutes. Another source estimated that there were more than 28 million video-on-demand (VoD) subscribers in Brazil in 2022.
