Penetration rate of dairy and plant-based products in France 2018, by type

In 2018, the penetration rate of dairy products of animal origin was higher than plant-based dairy products. The penetration of conditioned milk in France was of 96.6 percent, while plant milk was purchased by almost 23 percent of French households. Regarding ultra-fresh products, non-dairy products reached a penetration rate of 26.1 percent.
