According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2019, around 31 percent of respondents in their 20s and 30s respectively stated that they partipated in fitness and gym activities within the previous year. In total, about 22 percent of the South Korean respondents enjoyed fitness and gym activities within the previous year.
