Mexico: private expenditure on health care 2016-2018
According to a household survey carried out in Mexico, quarterly expenditure on health care in the country was equivalent to 29.11 billion Mexican pesos in 2018. Two years before, this value was equal to around 25.42 billion. In 2016, the highest amount of healthcare spending was for medication, accounting for 54.4 percent of the total expenditure on the industry
