In the first half of 2019, the sales value of organic sandwich bread added up to over two million euros, whereas in the same period of 2018 the value was equal to approximately 1.5 million euros. In fact, the organic sandwich bread reported the largest increase in terms of sales value (more 33.7 percent). On the contrary, the sales value of bread rolls declined by 57.7 percent over the considered semesters.
