According to a survey conducted in Indonesia in April 2019, 13.3 percent of the respondents who used Grab as their to-go transportation app associated it with its cheap price and promotions. Indonesia is one of the fastest rising e-commerce countries in the the world, with an expected number of e-commerce users of about 212.2 millions by 2023.
