Over half of the women respondents who use public transportations needed five to 15 minutes to access their public transport stop across the country in 2018. However, three percent of the women lived more than half an hour away from the stops.

Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhuvaneshwar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jammu, Mumbai, Kochi, Mysuru and New Delhi were the cities under consideration.
