Knowledge of Consumer Guarantees Act New Zealand 2018
In a survey conducted in late 2018 about the consumer regulatory system in New Zealand, 42 percent of respondents claimed they had a moderate understanding of the Consumer Guarantees Act in the country. In New Zealand, consumers are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which allows them to seek repairs, replacements or refunds when products are faulty.
