According to a global 2019 survey, around 43 percent of respondents stated that the IT department led the deployment of intelligence automation (IA) technologies in their organization. Intelligent automation is the umbrella term for the group of technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud and smart machines, that enable digital transformation and business process automation in organizations.
