According to a global 2019 survey, around 39 percent of respondents stated that intelligence automation (IA) has been adopted at a functional level in their organization. A further 32 percent of respondents indicated that this would be the case in their organization in one year. Intelligent automation is the umbrella term for the group of technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud and smart machines, that enable digital transformation and business process automation.
