In a survey of consumers in the United States, conducted in November 2018, 34 percent of MiIlennial respondents chose newsletter subscription to keep in touch with a brands, while the same was true for 40 percent of Gen X respondents. Subscription to text messages was the least popular communication channel chosen by either generation.
