According to a survey conducted by Ipsos on predictions for global issues in 2019, 60 percent of Chinese believed it likely that doctors would be regularly using artificial intelligence (AI) to decide on treatment for patients in 2019. China ranked first when it came to belief in the widespread use of AI in medical care.
