UK consumer reasons for not leaving product reviews online in 2019

In the United Kingdom (UK), 40 percent of shoppers had a habit of leaving product reviews for items they bought online. According to the results of a 2019 survey carried out by Attest, the main reason why consumers did not opt for leaving product reviews was simply forgetting to do so. Writing product reviews was also regarded as a hassle, and discarded by busy consumers. Some 11 percent of consumers interviewed for this study stated that they did not leave reviews as they did not see the point of doing so.
