In general organizations worldwide are finding the majority of their new recruits for technology-related roles to be successful, with a 2019 survey finding that 31 percent of companies had a hiring process success rate of 70 percent. For the survey, hiring process success rate was understood as the share of candidates who accept an offer and perform as expected.
