According to a survey conducted by Ipsos on predictions for global issues in January 2019, 85 percent of Indian respondents agreed that they would make some personal resolutions that year to do some specific things for themselves and others. Out of this, 46 percent strongly agreed with the statement, while 39 percent somewhat agreed.
Overall, Peruvians seemed to be most keen on making personal and social resolutions that year, while Swedes seemed the least in agreement.

The question asked in the survey was as follows: "Please indicate if you agree
very much, agree somewhat, disagree somewhat or disagree very much with the following statements: I will make some personal resolutions to do some specific
things for myself and others in 2019."
According to the source, respondents were more urban and educated, with higher incomes than their fellow citizens, referred to as "Upper Deck Consumer Citizens". They were not nationally representative of their country.
