As of 2019, organizations in the Netherlands used various tools to provide online feedback to their employees. Individual feedback questionnaires emerged as the preferred online feedback tool, with close to 40 percent of HR professionals surveyed indicating that they used this approach. Meanwhile, communication platforms were less widely used for feedback, with just 15 percent of respondents opting to deliver feedback through platforms such as Slack.
