Popularity of smartphone vs PC usage in Italy 2018

As reported by a survey conducted among mobile Internet users in Italy in 2018, one in ten respondents believed that smartphones had already replaced personal computers. According to the data provided by Osservatori Digital Innovation, another 37 percent believed that smartphones were replacing computers. By contrast, a similar share of respondents (40 percent) thought that smartphones and PCs were equally important, while 13 percent stated that PCs were still more important than smartphones.
