According to a survey conducted among employees in Italy in 2019, about a third of respondents felt pressured to learn new tech-related skills to perform and protect their jobs. Their concerns were not unfounded: as of 2018, for instance, an increasing number of enterprises were adopting artificial intelligence (AI). As reported in a survey conducted by Osservatori, about 70 percent of the surveyed enterprises had already implemented or were beginning to implement AI projects.
