According to a survey held in June 2019, households with a Hulu subscription were the most likely to sign up to Disney's new streaming service, Disney+, with 25 percent of such households saying that they were very likely to subscribe. Given that Disney had hinted that Hulu would be offered as part of a bundle package with Disney+ as well as sports streaming service ESPN+, higher interest among Hulu subscribers is unsurprising. In early August 2019, Disney confirmed the bundle and announced that all three services would be offered as a package for under 13 U.S. dollars per month.
