Opinion on priorities of political leaders in deciding foreign relations India 2019
According to a survey conducted by Ipsos in May 2019, 53 percent of the Indian respondents stated that economic benefits should be the first priority for any leader while deciding on relations with other countries. Security benefits came second, while only 13 percent thought that whether or not a country is democratic should influence the foreign relations.
