In June 2019, 84 percent of the Russian residents were owners of a bank card. According to the survey results, 11 percent of the participants were reluctant to using this facility, answering that they did not plan to get one in the future.
Respondents from 150 municipalities in 52 regions of Russia.
The share of the respondents from 18 to 24 years old who did not do such payments was less than one percent.
The statistical error did not exceed 3.4 percent.
