According to a Graciousness Survey conducted in Singapore in 2018, 33 percent of citizens and permanent resident respondents stated that they would love to have a better relationship with their neighbors. The Graciousness Survey was commissioned by the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM), a non-government and non-profit organization that aims to create a more gracious society. The 2018 survey found that non-residents in Singapore had a greater desire for better relations with their neighbors compared to the resident respondents.
