According to a Graciousness Survey conducted in Singapore in 2018, 38 percent of non-resident respondents stated that they would love to have a better relationship with their neighbors. The Graciousness Survey was commissioned by the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM), a non-government and non-profit organization that aims to create a more gracious society. The 2018 survey found that non-residents generally had a lower level of satisfaction with their relationship with their neighbors compared to the resident population.
