In 2018, shopping on site and going to the restaurant were the most popular experiential travel's activities among tourists in Italy. According to the study, people who took part in these activities accounted for 73 percent of total respondents. Conversely, only 2 percent of tourists interviewed claimed to join classes while on holiday.
